Hannover Messe is the is the most important international exhibition & platform for all technologies related to industrial transformation. Every year, the fair invites a country as their special guest for it to showcase itself as industry leader and create meaningful business creation. This invitation is so important that the country’s leader (President, P.M., etc.) is always expected at the opening ceremony and for a tour around the exhibition along Germany’s Chancellor.

For 2018, Mexico was invited as this honored guest and commissioned Quarso and Santiago to create an interactive installation for their exhibition space. The objective was to create a visually stunning and state of the art installation that would showcase Mexican power in the automotive industry.

Quarso created an installation using Kuka Robotics Arms with TVs and VR Technology on top of a Mexican-made VW car that could show the guests all internal parts of the car that were created in Mexico.

Santiago presented this installation for then Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel and Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto.
